Meet Dr Ellsworth Wareham. 102 year young, vegan for over 50 years and only retired from being a heart surgeon at the young age of 95! He manages his weight by eating fruits, vegetables, nuts, and then there's his philosophy of life.
Ellsworth Wareham born October 3, 1914 is a centenarian from Loma Linda, California. Wareham retired as a cardiothoracic surgeon at the age of 74 but continued to associate himself with training residents at the Loma Linda University until the age of 95 during which time he drove 60 miles to assist in operations. Wareham was among the earliest practitioners of open heart surgery, soon after the first such procedure was performed. He is described as being able to move around his multi-storied house, walk without a cane, and maintain his garden. He considers himself to have adequate mental faculties. All this Wareham attributes to having adopted a vegan diet about fifty years ago. Wareham is a Seventh-day Adventist and a World War II veteran.
Loma Linda, Wareham's home town has been described as USA's only Blue Zone, an area where the longevity is appreciably higher than the national average and one of the four places in the world to have a substantial proportion of people live past 100 years. According to Dan Buettner whose book, The Blue Zones: Lessons for Living Longer From the People Who've Lived the Longest, published by National Geographic discusses Wareham's longevity and good health, to adherence to percepts of the Adventist faith. The city has strict controls on the sale of alcohol, has a ban on smoking, and its largest supermarket doesn't sell meat.

In 1995 I watched the Revolutionary, and when I witnessed the Roman Centurian asking Y'shua to heal his servant with His word, Y'shua turned and said to His followers, of all in Isreal, not one has the faith like this man does. I was forever changed in t

my Lesson in this story was a Praying Momma, who believed what our Creator had spoken into her life, she held on tight to His promise to her about her son Isaiah, and because of her strong, unwavering Faith, her son is alive today!
This lesson took my Faith from regular to unshakable Faith. It made me stop and ponder, my own life and the promises from my Creator, that at times, I let go of, thinking that maybe I had heard him wrong. But what I did was let go. This momma held tight to the promise, even after an autopsy was being performed, she said clear the room, my God said ... and because she held tight to His promise, her son breathed and lived. Wow! I stand in awe. Even when I saw this video almost a decade ago, I still hold it in my memory of a momma who never gave up, who stood and never doubted God's promise. That lesson will stay with me for life. And I hope as you watch, you will come to understand, why your promises fall to the wayside. Our adversary steals them, because he can and we let him, well after this video my adversary never got hold of any of my promises. I stand firm rooted solid in His word now. Unshakeable in Faith.
Back from the Dead Isaiah Reed was pronounced DOA at Denver Hospital from 2 bullet wounds and 16 stab wounds resulting from a drug deal gone bad. They did an autopsy on him and afterwards remembered they had not notified the next of kin. Once on the phone with Isaiah's mom, she refused to accept her son's death because of a promise God had made years back that Isaiah was going to be a preacher. This is an awesome testimony and it's all been documented on DVD
During the course of my life, I have come upon relationships, events, stories, video's and words that have made a profound impact upon my life.
