Life on the Good Road Awesome Recipes
Photo Recipe of my breakfast smoothie that I love.
1) Fresh homegrown Bunch Lettuce a huge handful
2) Homegrown Frozen Blueberries 1 cup
3) Frozen Banana's 1 1/2 of them
4) A dropper ful of Echinacea
5) About a tsp. of Cinnamon
6) Raw Protein and Greens 1 scoop
7) 1 cup Almond Milk, Rice Milk or Cocunut Milk
8) Fill to top of fruit and veggies with pure water
9) Blend, I use a Nutribullet which I love.
10) Pour it into your favorite glass and enjoy!
